1. Payment Terms

Payments for digital products (mock tests, e-books, courses) must be made online through our secure payment gateways.

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

Once payment is successful, access to digital products is granted instantly.

2. Refund Policy

As our products are digital in nature, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product has been purchased and delivered.
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional cases:

Double payment due to technical error.

Failure of product delivery after payment confirmation.

3. How to Request a Refund

within 48 hours of purchase with transaction details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users cannot cancel or transfer digital products after purchase.

Subscription-based products can be canceled before the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
